April Ballard
April Ballard is a Therapy Technician at Creative Physiotherapy Ltd and an associate member of the chartered society of physiotherapy.
April has worked in a Neuro-Rehabilitation setting for 9 years, including 6 years working as a Therapy Technician within a multidisciplinary team.
She has completed competencies in the areas of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy to a high standard.
Additional training in Dysphagia helped her to become RCSLT Eating, Drinking and Swallowing Competency Framework (EDSCF) Level 4 Protocol-Guided Assessment and Management competent.
She believes that the needs of the clients are most important and is passionate about helping them reach their rehabilitation goals.

- Loves dancing and has danced semi-professionally for a number of years. She enjoys passing that love onto her daughter and watching her dance.
- Enjoys socialising with friends and family. She loves trying new things to maintain well-being and create a good work-life balance.
- When the opportunity arises, she enjoys going for long walks in the countryside. She really likes to be out in the fresh air.
- The beach is her happy place.
