A simple guide to what we offer

Physiotherapy Services

Physiotherapy for us is focused on restoring movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. We use evidence‑based approaches such as movement, exercise, manual therapy, education and advice, taking a whole‑person approach to support recovery, independence and quality of life. Below are some of the things our qualified clinicians are able to provide.

Neurological Physiotherapy

Supports individuals following brain injury, stroke or spinal cord injury, and those living with neurological conditions, focusing on movement, function, balance and independence.

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Helps manage joint, muscle and soft tissue conditions, including injury, pain and post‑surgical rehabilitation, supporting recovery and long‑term physical health.

Education & Self Management

Provides advice, education and strategies to help individuals understand their condition, manage symptoms and maintain progress outside of therapy sessions.

Clinical Mentorship & Support

Experienced physiotherapists can offer mentoring and guidance to other clinicians, supporting professional development and best practice in rehabilitation.

Our Team

We have a great team of skilled, approachable clinicians with a broad range of experience across rehabilitation settings. They work closely together to provide personalised, goal‑led care, with a friendly, supportive approach that helps individuals feel understood and confident throughout their rehabilitation.

Bespoke Programmes

Our bespoke rehabilitation programmes are regularly reviewed, typically every 12 weeks, to reflect progress and changing needs. These reviews provide an opportunity to discuss recommendations collaboratively with the individual, their family and involved professionals, whether that involves further input, progression of goals or discharge, with clear guidance and support throughout the process.

Maintaining Standards

We are committed to maintaining high professional standards across all of our services. Our physiotherapists are supported to keep their knowledge and skills up to date through ongoing training, learning and professional development, ensuring they can continue to provide high‑quality, evidence‑based care and be the best clinicians they can be.
